House in the charming, little village of Yegen on the slopes of the Sierra Nevada , and immortalised by hispanophile writer Gerald Brenan, in "South from Granada ", 20 km from ski resort, and 2km from municipal swimming pool.

The house comes with towels, bedclothes, floor heating, fireplace, and satellite TV. There is a fully-fitted kitchen has all mod-cons (fridge, washing machine, modern kitchen, microwave, crockery, pots and pans, etc). There is also a downstairs toilet. The first floor has three bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom. The house has car parking facilities. There is a large bedroom on the second floor with room for an extra bed/cot, and a 30m2 terrace with magnificent views over the Sierra de Gador and other typical Alpujarran villages.
